Standard Warranty

Every VENTOR outdoor fireplace comes with a 1-year warranty on construction and manufacturing defects, calculated from the delivery date.

The warranty covers, among other things:

• Construction defects in the frame or welded parts
• Manufacturing defects in material or finish
• Parts that do not function as intended under normal use

What is not covered by warranty?

Our fireplaces are made from high-quality Cor-Ten steel, a living material designed to build character outdoors. Therefore, the following characteristics are not covered by the warranty:

• Natural discoloration, rust formation, or patination of Cor-Ten steel
• Small size or color differences due to production and material effects
• Normal wear and tear from intensive use
• Superficial discoloration due to heat or weather influences

Damage resulting from the following situations is also not covered by warranty:

• Improper use or use contrary to the manual
• Use on an unsuitable or unsafe surface
• Damage from falling, impact, or incorrect transport
• Use of unsuitable fuels or wet wood
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

Important to know

Cor-Ten steel develops its characteristic rust layer during the initial period. This is a natural process and part of the design of every VENTOR.
