Warranty

At VENTOR, we believe in products built to perform outdoors for years to come. That is why we fully stand behind the quality, finish, and construction of our outdoor fireplaces.

Standard warranty

Every VENTOR outdoor fireplace comes with a 2-year warranty on structural and manufacturing defects, calculated from the delivery date.

The warranty covers, among other things:

  • Structural defects in the frame or welded parts
  • Manufacturing defects in material or finish
  • Parts that do not function as intended under normal use

What is not covered by the warranty?

Our fireplaces are made of high-quality Corten steel, a living material specifically designed to develop character outdoors. The following characteristics are therefore not covered by the warranty:

  • Natural discoloration, rust formation, or patina formation of Corten steel
  • Minor size or color differences due to production and material properties
  • Normal wear and tear from intensive use
  • Surface discoloration due to heat or weather conditions

Damage resulting from the following situations is also not covered by the warranty:

  • Improper use or use contrary to the manual
  • Use on an unsuitable or unsafe surface
  • Damage caused by falling, impact, or improper transport
  • Use of unsuitable fuels or wet wood
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

Important to know

Corten steel develops its characteristic rust layer during the initial period. This is a natural process and part of the design of every VENTOR.
