Shipping & delivery

A VENTOR is not a standard package. Every fireplace is expertly produced in the Netherlands and carefully packed for safe transport. Because it is a premium outdoor fireplace, we carefully coordinate the delivery.

Delivery time

Because our fireplaces are produced in the Netherlands, we can deliver quickly.

In stock:

  • Netherlands: delivery within 1-2 working days
  • International shipments: an average of 3-5 working days, depending on destination

Temporarily out of stock?
We deliberately maintain a healthy stock. If a model is temporarily unavailable, the expected production time is a maximum of 14 days.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver worldwide.

For deliveries within Europe, we work with permanent transport partners and clear delivery rates. For destinations outside Europe, we assess the most suitable transport solution per request.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and are clearly displayed during checkout.

How is your VENTOR delivered?

Every VENTOR is carefully packaged and delivered via professional pallet transport.

Delivery takes place via:

  • ✔ Mini-pallet transport
  • ✔ Professional transport partner
  • ✔ Personal delivery appointment in advance

Our carrier will contact you in advance to coordinate the delivery.

Packaging & transport

To optimally protect your VENTOR during transport, each fireplace is securely packaged and secured on a mini-pallet.

Indicative product dimensions:

  • Height: approx. 220 cm
  • Diameter: approx. 63 cm
  • Weight: approx. 41 kg

The final transport dimensions are larger due to protective packaging and pallet.

Transport damage or damage

We pack every VENTOR with great care for transport. Therefore, always check your order immediately upon receipt.

In the unlikely event of transport damage, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the packaging and the product immediately upon delivery
  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and any damage
  3. Note any visible damage directly with the carrier if possible
  4. Report the damage within 24 hours via our contact page or via info@ventorfire.com

After receiving your report, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution together, such as replacement of parts, repair or replacement.

Cooling-off period & returns

When purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the day of receipt.

Because a VENTOR is a large and heavy product, we ask you to always coordinate a return with us in advance.

Important:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition
  • Any transport damage due to incorrect return packaging may be charged
  • Return costs for large products are at the customer's expense, unless there is a defect or error on our part

Business orders are not covered by the consumer's right of withdrawal.
