Returns

At VENTOR, we strive for premium quality and satisfied customers. Because our outdoor fireplaces are large, heavy, and specially manufactured, certain specific conditions apply to returns.

Return period

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. After registration, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the fireplace must:

  • be unused;
  • be complete and undamaged;
  • be returned in its original packaging, if possible;
  • not show any signs of use, smoke, or heat discoloration.

Please note: a used or fired fireplace cannot be returned due to safety, wear and tear, and material changes.

Return costs

Due to the size and weight of VENTOR outdoor fireplaces, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend always arranging return transport insured and via specialized transport.

Damage upon delivery

Check the delivery immediately upon receipt. Is there transport damage or is something missing? Please contact us within 48 hours via our customer service and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
